Manual restoration

  • Remove from packaging; place on a flat surface.
  • Pat and knead gently to restore loft.
  • Push filling into any empty corners.
  • We recommend using a pillowcase 2 inches smaller for a fuller, plumper fit.

Machine wash restoration

  • Use gentle cycle, water ≤30°C.
  • Complete the full wash process.
  • Air dry naturally, avoid direct sun; or tumble dry low until fully dry.
  • Fluff gently to restore softness.

The machine wash restoration usually takes approximately one complete washing cycle, which is typically 45 to 60 minutes. Manual restoration can be completed within 15 to 20 minutes depending on your proficiency in operation.

We recommend using a mild neutral detergent. For most products, standard laundry detergent or hand soap will do. Please avoid using cleaning products containing bleach or strong acids and alkalis.
